Throughout each yoga class students are guided towards developing an internal dialogue with the body, learning to listen carefully to the bodies restrictions and areas of weakness and then working slowly and safely on opening, strengthening and releasing those areas.
Every yoga session begins and ends with Pranayam (yogic breathing), relaxation and meditation to calm the mind and nourish the soul, leaving the practitioner feeling refreshed, restored and enlivened.
