Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dessicated coconut
4 Tbs cacao or carob powder
2 cups of dates
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashes
3 Tbs Honey or agave syrup
1 Tbs coconut oil
Method:
- In a small pot add the dates and enough water to cover.
- Bring to the boil and then strain.

Aja Yoga is a strong and focused yet nurturing style of asana with emphasis on breath and self awareness. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, for the young and old, for pregnant women…for anyone interested in increasing or maintaining strength and flexibility, releasing built up stress and tension and improving overall health and wellbeing.
Throughout each yoga class students are guided towards developing an internal dialogue with the body, learning to listen carefully to the bodies restrictions and areas of weakness and then working slowly and safely on opening, strengthening and releasing those areas.
Every yoga session begins and ends with Pranayam (yogic breathing), relaxation and meditation to calm the mind and nourish the soul, leaving the practitioner feeling refreshed, restored and enlivened.
